قیر یک مخلوط آلی است که از مواد شیمیایی مختلفی تشکیل شده است؛ و به دلیل داشتن خواص ویسکوالاستیک خوب به عنوان بایندر دانه های معدنی در تولید آسفالت استفاده می شود. متأسفانه قیر در دمای بالا به مایع تبدیل شده و در دمای پایین شکننده می شود؛ که این امر باعث روان شدن آسفالت در دمای بالا و شکنندگی آن در دمای پایین می شود و درنتیجه نیاز است تا خواص قیر مورداستفاده در ساخت آسفالت اصلاح شود. اصلاح قیر با پلیمرها یکی از روش هایی است که برای غلبه بر نقص های ذکر شده استفاده می شود و باعث بهبود خواص آسفالت می گردد. مناسب ترین پلیمری که برای اصلاح قیر استفاده شده است پلیمر استیرن -بوتادی ان -استیرن است. آسفالتی که بوسیله قیر اصلاح شده تولید می شود دارای مقاومت در مقابل روانشدگی در دمای بالا، مقاومت در برابر شکنندگی در دمای پایین است و مقاومت خستگی آن بیشتر می شود. به هر حال هزینه تولید قیر اصلاح شده با پلیمر بالا، کاربرد آن سخت و سازگاری آن کم است؛ بنابراین باید به دنبال اصلاح کننده جدیدی بود.

سیلیکات لایه ای یکی از مواد معدنی فراوان و با قیمت پایین است؛ که از لایه های صفحه های سیلیکات چهاروجهی و صفحات هیدروکسید هشت وجهی تشکیل شده. سیلیکات لایه ای در مونتموریونیت (montmorillonite)، رکتوریت (Rectorite)، ورمیکولیت (Vermiculite) و رس کائولینیتی (Kaolinite Clay) یافت می شود. اخیراً از سیلیکات لایه ای برای اصلاح خواص پلیمرها بسیار استفاده‌شده است. زنجیرهای پلیمری در بین لایه های رس جا میگیرند و باعث می شود رس در ابعاد نانو در پلیمر پخش شود؛ و این باعث بهبود قابل توجه خواص گرمایی و مکانیکی پلیمر می شود. از SBS/KC به شکل موفقیت آمیزی برای افزایش پایداری قیر اصلاح شده در دمای بالای ذخیره سازی استفاده شده است.

در ابتدا کلمه انگلیسی واکس (wax) در اصل برای موم بکار بده شده است. اکنون کلمه واکس کاربرد کلی تری پیداکرده و برای جامدات واکس مانند، مایعاتی که در طبیعت یافت می شوند به علاوه ترکیباتی که در این مواد یافت می شوند مانند هیدروکربن های دارای خاصیت واکسی استفاده می شود. همچنین مواد سنتزی که در اصل واکس نیست ولی دارای خواص فیزیکی مانند واکس است در این دسته قرار می گیرد. در حقیقت واکس در آب نامحلول بوده، به سختی در الکل حل می شود و اگر گرم شود با نفت مخلوط می گردد.

واکس در صنایع زیادی کاربرد دارد مانند شمع سازی، جلا دهنده ها، مدادهای رنگی شمعی و … . بیشتر واکس مصرفی در جهان از طریق پالایش نفت خام به دست می آید. در اصل واکس یک محصول جانبی است. به عنوان مثال برای تولید روغن های روانکار با کارایی مناسب در دمای پایین واکس را از روغن حذف می کنند.

نفت خام غنی از پارافین برای تهیه قیر مناسب نیست، اما فقدان نفت های خام غنی از آسفالتن باعث استفاده از نفت خام های پارافین نفتنیک (Paraffin Naphthenic) به عنوان مواد پایه برای تولید قیر می شود. به هر حال وجود واکس به عنوان معیاری برای تولید قیر حساب نمی شود. انتخاب مواد پایه برای تولید قیر بر اساس مقدار واکس موجود در مواد سنگین باقی مانده تقطیر انجام می شود؛ و مقدار واکس در قیر نباید بیش از 3 درصد باشد. جداسازی واکس از قیر دارای فرآیندی است که تحت تأثیر چند متغیر قرار دارد که همه متغیرها به خوبی شناخته نشده و به علاوه در حال حاضر تعریف دقیقی برای واکس های مختلف وجود ندارد.

تأثیر منفی واکس بر خواص قیر مربوط می شود به کریستالیزاسیون و خواص ذوب واکس و همچنین واکس های متفاوت تأثیرات متفاوتی بر کارایی قیر دارند.

واکس چیست؟

قیر یکی از مواد پرکاربرد در صنعت راه و ساختمان است. از این ماده بیشتر به عنوان بایندر در تولید آسفالت و همچنین تهیه عایق های رطوبتی استفاده می کنند. کشور ایران یکی از صادر کنندگان قیر است که با داشتن منابع نفتی عظیم پتانسیل زیادی برای سرمایه گذاری درزمینهٔ تولید و صادرات این ماده مهم را دارد.

قیمت جهانی قیر می تواند تحت تأثیر عوامل مختلفی قرار بگیرد، به هر حال مهم ترین فاکتورهای تأثیرگذار بر قیمت جهانی قیر قیمت جهانی نفت خام و پس از آن تولید و عرضه این محصول خواهد بود به طوری که در فصول مختلف سال قیمت قیر به دلیل کاهش و یا افزایش تقاضا دست خوش تغییراتی خواهد شد.

What is FAS, FOB and CFR?

FAS – Free Alongside Ship: The Feedar Group delivers when the bitumen cargoes are placed alongside the Bitumen Buyer’s vessel at the named port of shipment. This means that Bitumen Buyers have to bear all costs and risks of loss of or damage to the bitumen cargoes from that moment.

FOB – Free on Board: FOB means that the Feedar Group pays for delivery of bitumen cargoes to the vessel including loading. The Feedar Group must also arrange for export clearance. Bitumen Buyers pay the cost of marine freight transportation, bill of lading fees, unloading and transportation costs and insurance from the arrival port to destination.

CFR – Cost and Freight: The Feedar Group pays for the carriage of the Bitumen Cargoes up to the named port of destination. Risk transfers to Bitumen Buyer when the goods have been loaded on board the ship in the country of Export.
